HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR THE 2021 CLN ANNUAL CONFERENCE

CLN is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all conference participants. We are closely monitoring the situation in connection with COVID-19. We continue close coordination and ongoing conversations with the representatives at Marriott, who have assured us that they are enhancing their cleaning and housekeeping practices, and maintaining social distancing and contactless interaction on their property.

CLN recognizes that COVID-19 is a serious and evolving situation. We will review and update applicable policies and procedures on an ongoing basis, as indicated. We will implement specific health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the conference and will provide further details about the comprehensive on-site preparedness plan to address the safety and well-being of all participants. CLN is committed to compliance with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, and local health authorities in the Houston, TX area.

The responsibility for a safe and healthy in-person CLN 2021 environment is shared among the venue, speakers, organizers, participants  and staff.  Compliance with some or all of the protocols adopted by CLN may be mandatory for attendance and participation at the in-person meeting or event. We will provide detailed information regarding protocols for participants as we get closer to the event.

Information about COVID-19 for travelers and tips for prevention are available on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) website.
